Our experience at the dealership was even better, it was a zero-stress environment and enjoyable. I was impressed with the facility and impressed with all the employees there. They were all very courteous and dressed for success, it's the most professional looking dealer I've interacted with. The food, beverage and lounge area was a pleasure to be in, very comfortable. We've probably told close to two dozen people about our experience at BMW of Dallas and recommend they go there if they're shopping for a BMW or something else. We drove about three hours to get to the dealership and are very happy we did. BMW of Dallas is our go-to for any car purchases we'll make in the future. More
They are a rip off, I put my car in the shop on Nov 26,2024 for an oil leak. I picked my car up on Dec.12,2024 & on January 7, 2025 I went back to the BMW house bc my car has been smoking ever since I 26,2024 for an oil leak. I picked my car up on Dec.12,2024 & on January 7, 2025 I went back to the BMW house bc my car has been smoking ever since I got it back on 12/12/24! Every time before I dropped my car off to get it fix for the oil leak they only said that my car was leaking from this one spot, once they had my car they started talking bout other spots, if there were other spots why didn’t they tell me when they were telling me about this one spot! Not only that my car NEVER smoked until after I got it back from them! I know they went in there & messed up something & now they want me to pay for their mistakes! The only reason I took my car is bc they told me that I had an oil leak & I didn’t want to cause more damage, my car wasn’t smoking, it wasn’t shaking, it wasn’t driving bad, but note that I let them touch my car, it’s smoking, shaking and the ride isn’t smooth! They are xxxx poor & the suck! I got shade tree mechanic service from what supposed to be a prestigious company! More
They scam and cheat you out of money by relabeling the work needed done and charge you again for the same work. Thousands of dollars stupidly paid and yet my car still runs the same, if not worse than wh work needed done and charge you again for the same work.
