I am a repeat customer, have bought cars for over 23 years from same dealership and same salesperson. I loved my sales person Chris Jurgenson, he was phenomenal. However, the manager was a different s years from same dealership and same salesperson. I loved my sales person Chris Jurgenson, he was phenomenal. However, the manager was a different story. He totally try to switch the deal on us, I was very upset and not happy at all. I had planned on walking out the door, however Chris talked me to stay back. I don't think manager cared for the loyalty at all, I was just a deal for them. More
