I’m giving Dallas BMW 5 stars even though they made a mistake on the oil change that required the car to be brought back the next day and fixed. Fernando and the service team quickly recognized the error and responded with professionalism and speed to make it right, to include staying an hour past his shift to ensure I got the car in time to get to my other event that evening. Of course no one likes to make or experience an error, but how one responds to problems makes all the difference. More

Reasons why I’m leaving this review. 1. Bring in a 7 series and the loner provided was a 2 series. I sat in the drivers seat like a granny because I couldn’t fit my kids car seats in 1. I was very impressed with BMW of Dallas with the service on my car yesterday. My experience with Dallas BMW has been one of the best experiences I have ever had with a service department. The process is structured, intentional and professional. My entire experience was done with excellence from driving in and being greeted, to the minimal wait time to be processed through the settling of the invoice and driving out. I was given a loaner and that process was equally seamless. My service representative was outstanding as were the other members of the team. Additionally, it was also important to me that the facility was clean and the wait room was comfortable. I highly recommend Dallas BMW for their excellent repairs to my vehicle and their respectful customer service by their team of professionals.
