I’ve only had outstanding experiences at BMW of Dallas for more than a decade. I recently had my 4 series in for service. Nicki and Ryan in Service did an excellent job of keeping me informed while I wait for more than a decade. I recently had my 4 series in for service. Nicki and Ryan in Service did an excellent job of keeping me informed while I waited on my car. I truly felt like they valued my time and did everything possible to expedite the process. Service appointments can sometimes be stressful but they made it as stress free as possible. My car was returned to me with everything done properly. Highly recommend! More

My advisor Brandi was phenomenal! Communication was on point as always and always fair prices. My technician Tim Reeves is one of the best you can ask for, specially with M cars like Communication was on point as always and always fair prices. Just wanted to pass along a really bad experience. We live in Las Cruces, NM. I spoke with one of their used car reps. We were interested in buying a 2021 BMW M440 Convertible and flying to Dallas We live in Las Cruces, NM. I spoke with one of their used car reps. We were interested in buying a 2021 BMW M440 Convertible and flying to Dallas and driving it back to NM. We chatted on the phone, he sent me a few videos of items I wanted to see details I wanted to confirm. I told him we wanted the car and we would fly out to Dallas on Tuesday to get it. We bought the airline tix and planned the trip. We called yesterday to confirm payment details (We were paying Cash) The used car sales manager told us "Sorry, we sold the car" What? It was on hold for us. She said, sorry, thats it. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! I said we were first on the car and tell the other party, we already had a hold on it. But, nope, they didn't give a crap about us! In fact, we called both the sales guy and the General Manager with No call, no reply, no text back. This dealership should have their AutoNation designation revoked. More
