Currently owning numerous car brands (BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, & Ford), I would give BMW service a 3 of 5. I was not greeted upon arrival, the arrival valet were all talking among themselves, I walked into Lexus, & Ford), I would give BMW service a 3 of 5. I was not greeted upon arrival, the arrival valet were all talking among themselves, I walked into the advisor area and had to ask for assistance. They didn’t have loaner vehicles either. Based on my experience, I rate Lexus Service Centers a 5 of 5. I’m always greeted immediately and they always provide a loaner. I will be selling my BMW soon and buying a second Lexus to go along with my wife’s. More

I had my 1 series convertible in for an oil change to prepare for an unexpected road trip (so unexpected that I scheduled my 2:30pm appointment at 2am the day of). Dean Nassar was exceptional!
