Tyler Anderson screamed at me and refused to honor my warranty that I paid for because he was just being inpatient, he then lied that management told Tyler Anderson screamed at me and refused to honor my warranty that I paid for because he was just being inpatient, he then lied that management told him they would not use but when I talked to Carlos Fonseca his manager he denied it and stated he would take care of me. Carlos then called my husband to tell him he would call him back later to verify he had a loaner (why was this not verified prior I’m not sure) only to ghost my husband and he has not called him back anymore. Clearly the customer is not a priority here and we will ensure that everyone knows what a horrible experience we had More
