First, let me say that when purchasing a luxury vehicle, BMW should be the first vehicle you consider. BMW of Dallas should be the first dealership you consider. The level of service that I received from BMW of Dallas was second to none. My salesman, Sam Proctor, was amazing from the moment he called me to follow up on an inquiry to the moment I drove off the lot. I must admit that I wasn’t really in the market for a vehicle. However, the level of customer service and support I received from Sam made me trade in my brand new 2023 Range Rover for the all-new 2024 BMW X6. Sam wasn’t pushy, he was supportive and added value to my experience by simply being there to answer all of my questions and follow-up when necessary. Ultimately, this level of customer service was not what I received from Range Rover and I felt the need to move on to a brand that valued my business. Sam Proctor went to bat for me to get me the best deal possible and his manager went above and beyond to get me the best value for my trade in. The whole atmosphere from the moment I entered BMW of Dallas was an exceptional experience. People will forget what the conversation was about, to be frank I forgot what inquiry I made to have Sam reach out to me in regards to that inquiry. However, I will never forget how BMW of Dallas, Sam and his manager made me feel. For that, I thank you. The level of ingenuity and quality of the 2024 BMW X6 made me question why I was even driving anything other than a BMW. More

The service advisors have been great, but the process to get vehicle scheduled in was not. The call center employee scheduled me in for oil change and I specifically requested a loaner car because I had to get vehicle scheduled in was not. The call center employee scheduled me in for oil change and I specifically requested a loaner car because I had to get to work. She assured me I would have one. I get to BMW for appt, and not only was there no loaner car available, but they didn't even show that I had an appt! I even had the email confirmation from BMW. They got me in and sent a Lyft driver to pick me up. The car was likely a 1990 Nissan Sentra that was wrecked in the front and was running on a spare tire on the back driver side. NOT the kind of service I have ever received from Lexus AND Infiniti in the past, as they all but rolled out the red carpet. Lexus even drove all the way to my home and picked up the car when I needed oil changes! Again, the service advisor was very kind and helpful. But the overall process with BMW has been disappointing. More

My car was towed Saturday. I was fortunate to get a tire from a blow out. Was there for four hours.
