Last May (2022), they sold me a Certified vehicle that had an after market part that failed. Was making the noise when I test drove. Went to lunch while they looked it over. Went back and noise was gon had an after market part that failed. Was making the noise when I test drove. Went to lunch while they looked it over. Went back and noise was gone. However it started again when I got home. Took it to the BMW dealership in Edmond, OK and they found the problem. They made a video of it and I sent it to them, and asked for reimbursement of the cost. Wouldn’t return my emails or calls. sad thing is I had purchased another vehicle in 2021 from them and everything was great! More
