I took my vehicle to the auto nation dealer at BMW and they did not top my fluids off after they told me they would. I had absolutely no coolant nor any windshield wiper fluid. Darick Connelly is my service advisor and he helped me with my unexpected needs which were quite costly..at least to me. I MUST say, I'm very disappointed BMW of Dallas on Lemmon Ave so rarely has 'loaners' as they used to. I've been a loyal customer with BMW for almost 2 decades. You really need to do better and get loaners. People are tired of it and switching to your competitor, SEWELL. I would too but I love the handling of the BMW so much. However, I'm going to go back to SEWELL and try out their new cars. It's been a while since I test drove them. Get loaners. The Pandemic is over. More

The process was quick, but the car had too many issues that could not be resolved quickly. Had the car for 3 days when I noticed small cracks on windshield,sunroof not functioning,chrome in the rear was d that could not be resolved quickly. Had the car for 3 days when I noticed small cracks on windshield,sunroof not functioning,chrome in the rear was disattaching and it was missing the "740I"emblem badge was missing. When to the service dept. to get all these issues resolved,but had to wait for almost 2 weeks to get it done! insane!. There is not way these Certified pre owned cars get a multi point inspection to being sold,otherwise they would have seen these issues. Selling cars quickly and making the process less stressful is great, but these cars need a complete, meticulous multi point inspection before you show it and give it to a customer.
