This was our first shopping experience with BMW, but yesterday's experience was way under our expectations for BMW. We really appreciate the professional introduction about the vehicle that we got from Mark, he was nice and patient. We are still waiting for some documents from Amanda, the finance lady. She was rude and condescending and really made the car shopping experience unpleasant for us. This is the worst car purchase experience we've ever had because of her attitude and unfriendliness. We'd like to delete one warranty after she printed all the documents. She told us that she won't waste extra paper on us to print some documents which we should have had at that time. She will email us instead. My husband and I 'admire' her eco-friendly concept. We hope that we are the only customers who helped her save paper, because those unhelpful comments were just totally unnecessary. We got a small envelope with 12 pages of financial paper. I guess the profit of car sales isn't worth a folder. If you would experience a pleasant talk with this lady, we highly recommend you purchase all the warranty she suggested. Otherwise, you may only have a plastic bag to hold all your legal documents. If by any chance you are looking to buy another BMW, we would be very happy to recommend Mark. But please have other finance staff to work with you. More

I had a great experience with the Team at BMW of Dallas. Joey was my Sales Representative and was very friendly and quick. I didn’t have to wait around for answers or deal with hassling of negotiations, lik Joey was my Sales Representative and was very friendly and quick. The manager made it a point to come meet me and actually worked with me on my trade and financing. I purchased an x6 that is working out really well for me.
