I've called multiple times over multiple weeks. Can't get anyone in "management" to return my call let alone the GM. Called for 6 hours straight today to service, no answer and the same receptionist voicemail from Tammy keeps coming on. How does a dealership run this poorly exist and why would anyone buy or have their car serviced there? Oh..right..monopoly, no competition

ironically, the car is STILL doing what I took it in for and paid over 5400 to have it FIXED but can't get them on the phone to address it or pick up the car. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP.
