I traded my Genesis 2015 for a BMW iX 2023. The process was smooth, easy and straight forward. My sales representative, Michael Torchia is a true representative. No high pressure sales tactics The process was smooth, easy and straight forward. My sales representative, Michael Torchia is a true representative. No high pressure sales tactics at all. When we agreed on the terms of the sale, he had the vehicle detailed, charged and ready for delivery. He even threw in a set of floor mats. He went above and beyond to procure a charge cable that apparently BMW would only provide after the car had been sold. I contacted Mike several times after getting the car and he has been always available to respond to any question and request. He arranged for vehicle orientation with Gabe Tan, a whiz in all car features. He thoroughly reviewed all aspects of the car, set all settings and short cuts. He also has been available nearly 7/24 for all technical questions about the car. The sales manager Ez Elredy has been great in every respect. He gave me a great deal on my trade in and was very cordial in all our interactions. We plan to trade in another vehicle later in the year and will definitely ask Mike and this sales team. They are truly great customer focused team. More
