My buying experience was good. Slightly irritating that they rushed me to get there by noon when I wanted to come the next day (I had to drive 3 hours to get the car). I made it work and then the car wasn't ready until 3:30pm. That was disappointing. There were a few minor issues with the car so they documented it so I could get them fixed for free. That process has been a NIGHTMARE. All they cared about was getting my money for the car and now they could careless about anything. More
My experience with the service department was great as always. My BMW is 7 years old but in great shape and my service advisor was very helpful in determining what services my car actually needed and did always. We walked around the showroom and my wife commented, “Let’s count down to see how long it will take for a salesperson.” We had to go find one, even after looking. The sales person was knowledgeable, friendly and kept the process nice and easy. I asked about the demo vehicle and said I liked it. He said it was for sale, so he went off to his management to get a price. It took about 10 minutes. In all reality, I was simply going by to see if it was a car I was interested in. But when he came back with a price, it was far below expectations. I didn’t say, “I need to think about it”. I said, “I didn’t intend to buy today and didn’t bring my checkbook”. I went home and grabbed the checkbook and drove back to get the car. It took longer than I expected for detailing, but the finance process was super quick. No pressure to buy add-ons. And when I said yes to one but realized the price was higher than I expected, no issues removing it. The sales person walked me through everything and set up my phone to pair to the car, etc. I could have easily done it all, but he wanted to make sure it was set up. More
After the failure of the BMW roadside service on my trip to Dallas from Baton Rouge, BMW of Dallas was a welcome relief. They showed up at my hotel, changed my tire, and after I drove to the dealership, pr to Dallas from Baton Rouge, BMW of Dallas was a welcome relief. They showed up at my hotel, changed my tire, and after I drove to the dealership, promptly replaced the original tire so I could get back on the road back to Baton Rouge. Everyone was courteous and attentive and in stark contrast to the BMW roadside service I received the night before. I was on the phone a total of 5 hours with roadside service - mostly on hold over the 2 days. More
