This was my first visit to the BMW dealership in Dallas. Everyone was very helpful! I received excellent service from the moment I arrived to the dealership to the moment I signed the documents to purchase Everyone was very helpful! The manager, the sales associate, and the financial advisor were all very patient and nice! They found ways to help me decide, they provided options, and eventually, we closed the sale. I have to say that Jose Silva was a wonderful sales associate/manager. He was kind and friendly, he listened to my concerns, he was knowledgeable, he answered my questions, and he made me and my family feel welcomed and valued. I am very grateful and very satisfied with the customer service I received from everyone in this dealership. I recommend Dallas BMW to anyone interested in buying a BMW car! Thank you Dallas BMW! First, I’m a big fan of the dealership and my sales experiences have always been above normal. My recent maintenance visit was pleasant and helpful, however, when leaving the facility I noticed my tir experiences have always been above normal. My recent maintenance visit was pleasant and helpful, however, when leaving the facility I noticed my tire pressure was not adjusted. With a multi-point assessment, tire balance, rotation, and alignment, I expected my tires to be aired to recommended tire pressure settings and they were not. They were the same pressure before I arrived. So now I question if the other work was actually completed. Since most of the work was labor cost, $400+, was I simply charged for being there for 4 hours. More
