I’ve always been treated with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. This visit fell short on both. My appointment was at 7 am, I arrived early, and was allowed in at 7:05. No problem. However the tech/ and efficiency. This visit fell short on both. My appointment was at 7 am, I arrived early, and was allowed in at 7:05. No problem. However the tech/CSR that checked me in was not representative of my past experiences here. I did not get his name but he did have longer hair pulled back into a ponytail. He seemed to be bothered by my presence. The repair tech and service manager (Brian) were superb! More
