I first brought my car in on 09/29/22. When I got my car back it was still having the same problem. Due to death and illness in my family I wasn’t able to take my car back until 10/19/22. When I got my car back it was still having the same problem. Due to death and illness in my family I wasn’t able to take my car back until 10/19/22. They fixed my car and since it took so long, they requested me a Lift to take me home. I picked up my car the next day and I was surprised that they did not wash my car. My car is running much better now….but have you all stopped washing the vehicles? Thank you. More
terrible experience. Ordered a car in January '22 -- picked it up in October '22 -- and car was missing 3 options I had included in the build / order plus one option had Ordered a car in January '22 -- picked it up in October '22 -- and car was missing 3 options I had included in the build / order plus one option had been "switched" to a different option. No prior notice from salesperson. + when I 1st sat in the car -- I immediately mentioned one of the options on the car was not what I ordered -- my salesperson disagreed with me and said - No - that is what you ordered... which was incorrect. In addition -- the other 3 options that I included in my build that were not on the car -- I had to identify to the salesperson by reviewing the window sticker vs. my build order. He had no idea. I certainly understand supply chain challenges and BMW manufacturing may not be able to fulfill certain options due to parts shortage etc.... BUT -- my salesperson acted as if he knew nothing about the changes / deleted options on my car.... and I had to point them out to him. note: my invoice was adjusted and charges for options was removed. The manager stepped in and the option that BMW switched vs. what I ordered -- The manager indicated he would check with manufacturing and replace for me. The other 3 options cannot be added... again - I understand supply chain challenges and the options were "nice to haves" However, I should not be the one identifying missing options on my car nor should I have to argue with my salesperson regarding the wrong option (vs. what I ordered) being on the car. Salesperson customer service skills are nonexistent and he should not be dealing with customers. More
