The first thing I noticed upon arrival was the extreme cleanliness. The hospitality and availability of snacks and comfort items were another eye catcher as well. I was invited to the dealership after I expressed interest in a 2023 330e through truecar. I like the ride and decided to buy it. I wasn’t given an option to finance from my own bank and was forced t interest in a 2023 330e through truecar. I like the ride and decided to buy it. I wasn’t given an option to finance from my own bank and was forced to finance through the dealership preferred vendor. I agreed to that and a hard credit check was made. They sai I am good to get finance and want to move ahead with purchase after agreeing on the rate. Soon after that the agent came back and told that there is a stop sale on the car and I will not be able to purchase that day and had to wait. I waited for one week and when called they said, the stop sale is still there and it might take even couple of months. This is definitely fishy and I had hard credit check on my account, when raised this issue with general manager, he questioned if I ever purchase anything and do I know how it works. I got upset and dropped my plans to buy as a new 330e order itself takes 2 months to deliver. Don’t recommend this experience to anyone. All I ended up is with a hard credit check and a bad experience. PS: Dear manager, I purchased few things and paid them on time which is the reason for my excellent credit score, probably you might not have one. More
