This is the 4th BMW that we have leased/purchased over the years. We have gone to another dealer in the past, but because of personnel changes and the fact they moved to another location so very far away, we decided to go to Murray. We were treated with kindness, compassion and professionalism by everyone at the dealership. We had a lease return and the whole process was unbelievably quick and easy. It only took about 10 minutes and our salesperson, David Paul, waited for us and gave us a ride back to the Used Car side. We had done some research on-line prior to visiting and had selected a couple of units. David drove us over to their prep center to show us one of the X3's that we wanted to look at. Needless to say, we fell in love with it and ended up purchasing it. The unit was detailed and went through the certified pre-owned program and then David delivered it to us! Talk about customer service!! We did have to bring it back for a couple of minor issues and the Service Techs were great. They were able to fit us in on a Saturday and had a technician immediately address the issues and they were resolved within a couple of hours and we were on our way, just so that we could make it to a prior family committment. We would highly recommend David Paul as a salesperson. I have never met a more dedicated, compassionate, friendly and energetic salesperson. He truly understands the importance of customer service and he will go out of his way to take care of his customers. By the time we were completely through with the transaction, we felt like we were part of the family and we have developed a friendship. He was very responsive to our phone calls and questions, even answering one call on his day off!! He definitely gets it!! If you are in the market for a pre-owned BMW or if you need some information to help you with your decision, please contact David Paul. You won't be sorry!

I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2010 BMW 535i xDrive from Murray BMW. My experience from start to finish has been great. I was offered a test drive and the car was in outstanding condition. I decided that I wanted the vehicle and Murray BMW and I came to an agreement very quickly. I had a trade-in and feel that I got fair market value for it after brief negotiations. The Murray Motors finance department handled my paperwork very quickly and accurately. They actually got me a lower interest rate through their sources than my own credit union could offer (which at the time I thought was unbeatable). Additionally, I am very impressed with the high-level of respect and professionalism displayed by the sales team at Murray. They resolved every question and concern I had about my car even after I left the dealership. Definitely top-notch quality customer care and service. I will continue to use Murray Motors for any BMW sales or service needs I may require.

Unbelievable! I walked around the show room for 20 minutes, made eye contact with four salesmen, counted eight on the floor, not ONE person said ONE word to me. Yes I was dressed nice, like that should really make a difference, but I was clean, nice clothes, and pre-qualified to buy a car, I will NOT be buying again from Murray. I have bought my last two BMW’s from Murray but this time it was unacceptable and will no longer take my business there, they lost a loyal customer!

Excellent purchase experience...thanks Amos! :-) My wife and I had been researching pre-owned BMWs for a couple of weeks, and were willing to fly-out and drive-back if need be. After spending some time at Murray BMW it was clear that the inventory was top-quality and the sales team was ready, willing, and able to strike a fair deal. There was no run-around, nor any sales games…just a straight-forward, fair deal on a great vehicle. I will certainly check-in with them when I have a need for a good-quality vehicle at a fair price.

Not only did the service rep have my overall customer service top of mind, he also conveyed an excellent level of understanding the service needs of my car. "I always come back to Murray. They've sold me 4 cars..."

I always come back to Murray. They've sold me 4 cars total and each car has been the cleanest car I've ever owned. However, their pricing isn't competitive and the sales manager doesn't care if you walk off the lot holding your check in hand, which is really discouraging. But I've gotten lousy cars from other Bimmer dealerships and wish I would've paid the extra money and gotten the car I wanted from Murray. Each purchase I've gotten superb salesmanship with careful attention to all of my concerns followed by excellent follow-thru. Their service department is top notch and the best service I've ever gotten from a dealership (far better then Ralph Schomp and light years ahead of Gebhardt). After all of these years, I don't think I can go to another dealership besides Murray.
