BMW of Des Moines really takes card of it's clients. BMW DSM ordered what I wanted, no trying to talk me into something on the lot-although they had some GREAT deals on the new 2015 models. They were willing to call around to find a manual transmission and when no MT's were found, we ordered from Germany. Fun tracking the car from Germany. Oh and free car washes on Saturdays, I'm told!!! I've waited 16 years for a BMW and BMW of Des Moines made it a very positive experience. They wanted me to have the car I wanted, Ordering from Germany added to the anticipation. Tyler kept me informed the whole step of the way, it was fun tracking car through the production process and the ship on it's way to Baltimore. Oh and free car washes on Saturdays I'm told!!!! NO REGRETS, can't wait to do it again in a few years. More
