I recently purchased a new 4series and had a wonderful experience working with the sales associate Connor. He was very attentive and had great attention to detail. Throughout the process he was also ver experience working with the sales associate Connor. He was very attentive and had great attention to detail. Throughout the process he was also very knowledgeable and helped answer all the questions I had. I feel as though he took the time to get to know what I was looking for, and made sure that I got what I wanted. Overall he went above and beyond in all aspects of the sale and made the process fun and easy! I would highly recommend purchasing a car from this dealership. They are all very professional and willing to help you with what you are looking for. More

I had been a mechanic in California for over ten years. On January 9, 2007, I took my bmw for service because the ABS light was turned on. After waited for approximately 1-1/2 hours for the check up, I wa On January 9, 2007, I took my bmw for service because the ABS light was turned on. After waited for approximately 1-1/2 hours for the check up, I was told that the radiator from my car was bad, besides the ABS light problem. I told them that it can't be because I had the whole cooling systems changed a year ago. It can't happen so fast. As soon as I got home I jack up my car for personal inspection. I found out that they broke the radiator draining xxxx and told me that there's something wrong with it. First, I changed the radiator fluid two days before bringing my car to this dealership for service and the xxxx was totally fine. Secondly, if the xxxx was broken because I ran into a huge bump or car accident, the tubes, holes, and other parts of the car will be damaged or scratch, but this is not the case. So the dealership must puprosely broke the xxxx and let the coolant drain slowly making me think that there's something wrong with the radiator. This is a serious problem because the car made ran out fo radiator fluid, cause the car to overheat, and cause severe damage to the engine.
