Waste of time. Agreed to price and terms on a car then a day before I go to pick it up it gets sold out under me. I’m sure the dealership is ok but Ira Booker and their manager Waye Terry are absolute amate day before I go to pick it up it gets sold out under me. If you go to buy a car there make sure to steer clear of those 2 or you’ll end up writing the exact same review. 0/10 More

He has not only become our go-to salesman, but also our friend. We have purchased 4 vehicles from him; one used, two new, and one we built with Ira's help. He stops at nothing to get the customer what they want, and is always available. He is kind, helpful, supportive, patient, and professional. There are not enough kind words to say about this gentleman. He has transformed my idea of car shopping, and turned it into such a pleasant experience, that my family keeps coming back for more. The dealership, from the salesmen, to finance, to service know us by first name. How amazing it is to have such wonderful customer service. Ira really listens to what you want. He offers suggestions, and is honest. I have not found anyone in the dealership I could truly say I wouldn't enjoy working with, but Ira just has that something special. Best experience I've had in car buying. They didn't have the model I was looking for so Tyler brought in his own vehicle of this model so we could test drive it. Didn't have the car in that model available the model I was looking for so Tyler brought in his own vehicle of this model so we could test drive it. Didn't have the car in that model available and couldn't find exactly what we were looking for from other dealerships so they ordered a new one from the factory. When the vehicle arrived, they did everything possible to keep us from waiting around the dealership. Application was completed over the phone before we got there. Most relaxed car buying experience. Finance officer gave great advice on what additional services to purchase. Didn't try to sell me extra services I didn't need to make a larger commission. Will be buying my next BMW from this dealership. Thanks for the great experience! More
