John Won at Nick Alexander BMW contacted me over the phone regarding returning My BMW lease was up, right in the middle of the Corona-virus shutdown. John Won at Nick Alexander BMW contacted me over the phone regarding returning and leasing again. My first impression was that he wasn’t pushy at all. He gave me options, I decided on a new BMW to lease, he took the instructions and gave me the car I wanted, at a very good price, took care of my last payment of the old BMW and some others, and everything was so easy using only texting and emails. He always replied to my texts right away. I live far from the dealership, but no problem, the new car was delivered and old car was driven away by a person from the dealership. The paperwork was done quickly in my driveway, kept the 6-foot distance from the person at all times, and that was it. This was by far the easiest and most pleasant experience I have ever had buying and/or leasing a new car. I highly recommend John Won. Ask for him. More

Two weeks ago my car was totaled when a drunk driver hit my car at 70mph. ( thank god I was safe). We leased our last X5 in 2007 from Daniel Fox, so we reached out to him again. My husband was doubting how smooth the process would be, but Daniel proved him wrong! The car was delivered to my office a couple days later and we are SO happy! ( the wheels are so big) More
