Purchase of a used BMW Joe Pinedo was very friendly but also professional when my husband first contacted himi by phone regarding the purchase of a certified 535i BMW. When Joe Pinedo was very friendly but also professional when my husband first contacted himi by phone regarding the purchase of a certified 535i BMW. When we arrived, he had everything ready for us. The car was in pristine condition and Joe took the time to explain everything and take us for a test drive. He prepared all the paper work for us to sign and invited another employee to spend more time showing us the car's computerized features, while he was taking care of the last details before delivering the car. We would recommend this dealership without reservation, and specifically Joe Pinedo. Great customer service! More
