James Piper was great! After calling numerous BMW dealerships looking for the 2018 x4, I finally found a Sales Manager willing to help me. I couldn't be more satisfied. Although, I will note: there was an issue with BMW Finance due to an employee departure and I was extremely upset with the loss of paperwork. WORSE DEALERSHIP IN CALIFORNIA I have dealt with many BMW dealerships, As I have owned (3) 7 series. This dealership is THE WORSE DEALERSHIP IN CALIFORNIA. If they have anything I have dealt with many BMW dealerships, As I have owned (3) 7 series. This dealership is THE WORSE DEALERSHIP IN CALIFORNIA. If they have anything in the past in their system they will run your credit without telling you, luckily I had credit alerts. Me and the finance manager signed all the documents on a Monday night be Tuesday mid day they sold the car without my other party even getting a change to get there to sign their part. The dealership closes at 9pm. My other party made it from corona to LA at 6:30 too late they sold the car at 4:30. I WOULD TELL ANYONE DO NOT SHOP HERE. BAD BUSINESS. More

What I appreciated the most was that after selling us the car, he spent over an hour (8:30pm already) explaining the functions, buttons, setting our cellphones with the car's system, coding our keys, selecting and saving our favorite music in the car's selections, asking our 9 y/o son's one-million-questions about the car, etc... James was truly nice. Before going to Nick Alexander we visited another well-known BMW site and our experience wasn't as good as it was at Nick Alexander.
