I had a great experience at BMW of El Cajon, and a big part of that was working with Cianne Bixby. Cianne was fantastic—straightforward, honest, and easy to work with from start to finish. She didn’t waste time with the typical sales pressure and instead focused on making sure I had the information I needed to make the right decision. Everything was transparent, and she followed through on exactly what she said she would do. The whole process felt smooth and efficient, which isn’t always the case when buying a car. If you’re looking for someone who’s professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely respectful of your time, I highly recommend asking for Cianne. Overall, a great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back. More

Worse experience ever. My vehicle was in for work that the body shop could not perform, not my choice. They had my car for 3 weeks to fix what should have taken a day. Th My vehicle was in for work that the body shop could not perform, not my choice. They had my car for 3 weeks to fix what should have taken a day. They then found wiring damage from rodents. I had to get that fixed and since they had the car and the parts, I let them do it. They returned my car with the engine light on and it idling poorly, sputtering and in very poor shape. They also gave me to me very dirty, all their parts wrappings and papers strewn all over inside. I ask the service department to figure this out. I got a response back asking to pay $1900 to look into it and a statement telling me "these things happen in older cars." Refusing to admit that it may have been their issue. Took it to my mechanic and paid him $1000 to have them find a vacuum hose unattached that could not have worn off or come off on its own, had to be human intervention. I brought my bill to BMW and they are now not speaking to me. They were full of works when it came to refusing to help me and asking for more money, but confronted with evidence of their failure, they are now unresponsive. They should be far better than this. They are acting like some backwoods chopshop and not a BMW dealership. It is confusing to me that they choose to bring on these reviews rather than dealing with me. Ezra Giron is the worse service manager I've ever experienced. He knows nothing of service, for I am hurt by their wrongdoing and he's doing nothing for his company or his customers. More
