I was looking for a specific vehicle but when I came into the dealership, there wasn't even one of the models I was wanting to trad customer service. Low and behold about a month later, I did get a call from Mr. Rush, letting me know they had one, just one, and it fit my wanted description. He did not forget about me! Michael Rush and his supervisor wanted her to be completely satisfied with her purchase, so they arranged to obtain and install a new visor. Their attention to detail and determination to make certain my mother was entirely happy with the sale was amazing, which pretty much describes our entire car buying experience there.
