Brian Houston was my salesperson and I was more than thrilled at how easy and quickly we found the car I wanted, and came to an agreed purchase price. Everyone at the dealership was courteous and very helpful in guiding me through the purchase process. Brian was able to answer all my questions and stayed with me during the entire process. Brandon Watson was my car GENIUS and he truly is a GENIUS!!!! My car came equipped with all the whistles and bangs and there was a lot to learn. Brandon gave me a lesson on how to configure the various functions of the car in the show room that day. He was patient, and an excellent teacher! The next day I studied my manual, but to my surprise, Brandon called me and came out to my home to walk me through all the functions again. He is one remarkable young man and BMW is VERY lucky to have him on their staff. Needless to say I am extremely pleased at how well I was treated during my recent purchase. Everyone went out of their way to greet me and answer any questions that I had. They made me feel I was part of "their BMW family." I will definitely recommend them to all my friends. Morgan the "genius" was great too. She really helped explain all the features of the car. I have been back to the dealership for a weekly car wash (which is an added bonus) and I love it! We specifically chose this BMW dealership over others closer to our home because of their excellent reputation. Madison Thorpe and David Ponce did not disappoint. Madison took great care of us, answering all our questions and taking extra time to give us all our options and make sure we were happy with the decision we were making. I did not feel rushed or pressured like I have at other dealerships. David gave me a thorough overview of the vehicle, giving me tips and tricks which I probably would have never discovered on my own. I am a BMW enthusiast, so perhaps not the mainstream customer, but a loyal one to the marque. Brandon met us promptly at the entrance and had us and our criteria nailed down very quickly. That being said, he also gave us ample opportunity to try out a variety of cars and he was adept at listening to our inputs, as well as providing relevant and accurate information on the vehicles. So often, the folks working at dealerships seem to totally miss the boat on what the customer is looking for, but Brandon was spot on throughout the process. I've previously had great experiences dealing with the BMW of El Cajon parts department for my other BMWs, but our experience with Brandon was enough to convince us that BMW of El Cajon will be our first choice for our future BMW purchases.
