As soon as I walked onto the lot of BMW El Cajon, my experience from start to finish was so great, I have ALREADY referred my friends and family (one friend, Albert R, already went down and ordered a brand new M4)! I cannot rave enough about Josh Keyton, he was PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, PERSONABLE and sold me on getting the car I really wanted. He listened to my needs, and produced the car I was looking for! Amazing! For the time he spent going back and forth for me, looking, searching and getting the right car at the right price, I am grateful… He made my experience there one that was so positive, I have not hesitated to refer family and friends to the El Cajon location and to Josh himself. I know for a fact, those that meet with him will get what they want, at the price they want, new or certified used! There was no annoying haggling necessary, no run around. He made my purchase simple, quick and he was super efficient. He is hands down, a great asset to the company!
