As soon as I walked onto the lot of BMW El Cajon, my experience from start to finish was so great, I have ALREADY referred my friends and family (one friend, Albert R, already went down and ordered a brand new M4)! I cannot rave enough about Josh Keyton, he was PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, PERSONABLE and sold me on getting the car I really wanted. He listened to my needs, and produced the car I was looking for! Amazing! For the time he spent going back and forth for me, looking, searching and getting the right car at the right price, I am grateful… He made my experience there one that was so positive, I have not hesitated to refer family and friends to the El Cajon location and to Josh himself. I know for a fact, those that meet with him will get what they want, at the price they want, new or certified used! There was no annoying haggling necessary, no run around. The reason I like this dealership is due to their attentiveness and also how approachable/friendly the people are. Several years ago I had bought a BMW from San Diego BMW and they were so not approac attentiveness and also how approachable/friendly the people are. Although El Cajon BMW is a bit of a drive I will not even service my car there. BMW of El Cajon is helpful, friendly, and don't charge if you need a loaner. Other dealers do! More
