My 2009 BMW had a lot of miles and was out of warranty so I decided to trade it in for a newer model. Was not sure model what I wanted other than I wanted a white car with beige interior. My husband and I went to El Cajon BMW just to "look". We were on the lot less than 3 minutes when Joel approached us. Joel answered all of our questions and was genuinely concerned about what we wanted in a new car and the features we were looking for. He was friendly, personable and very easy to talk to. We are both retired law enforcement and generally size people up when we meet them. Joel presented himself as an honest and straight forward person who is a true professional. We could tell that he believes in the BMW product and the commitment to service that his dealership demonstrates at every level and in every department. We ended up purchasing our pre-owned BMW at a very reasonable price with every feature we could have possibly wanted or dreamed of. I can honestly say we would have probably not bought a new car yesterday except that Joel did an awesome job of selling the product while taking care of us. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, helpful and professional. Believe me.....we are SOLD on the BMW!!!!! More
