This was my first car I have ever gone into a dealership to buy. It was not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. Joel helped me through the whole process and laid out everything as clearly as he could. H to buy. It was not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. I worked with Joel in internet sales. He listened carefully to what I was looking for and very directly found candidate vehicles for me to examine. I never felt pressured to drive a car or take less carefully to what I was looking for and very directly found candidate vehicles for me to examine. I never felt pressured to drive a car or take less than what I came to find. The test drive was long and varied enough to get in city, highway, and urban driving. The typical "i'll have to ask my manager" was kept to a minimum and a deal was made in minutes with little headache. Joel was very professional and friendly and obviously well-liked around the dealership. I would do business with Joel and BMW of El Cajon again. More

Upon visiting BMW of El Cajon I was feeling a little anxious in that I was moving up from my current car, to a BMW 328i, my dream car. From the minute I walked in and was met by Joel Esguerra I felt im anxious in that I was moving up from my current car, to a BMW 328i, my dream car. From the minute I walked in and was met by Joel Esguerra I felt immediately at home and in the company of a trusted friend. Joel walked me through the different lines of the 328i on the lot and we took a test drive in one of the demo cars. I was impressed with the handling, performance, and the over all comfort of the car. After deciding on the Luxury Line, my favorite line, Joel went to work looking for one that fit my tastes and budget. He found me one that met my needs, was under budget, and would keep my wife from divorcing me. Joel is an exceptional salesman who won't push you into something you don't want or need, and will work with you until you're satisfied. I just purchased a BMW 335 from Joel Esguerra. I'm very pleased with the service I received from the entire staff especially Joel.
