Charels took an extensive amount of time showing me the vehicles on the lot and went over every detail you could think of. Once I selected a vehicle the sales manager and the finance team did the impossible and offered me the price point I wanted. I can easily rate Kailash as "Great " in all above categories. His customer service was exceptional, and though he clearly has many clients, I always felt as though Kailash was making me a prio above categories. I have incredibly high expectations and demand a lot of people in general. Kailash exceeded my expectations on several levels. I believe he worked hard to get me into the car I wanted and did so at a fair deal to me. Most importantly of all, Kailash is someone who makes a customer feel like they're doing business with a person who cares rather than a large company, concerned only with the bottom line. This can be a very hard task to genuinely accomplish, but Kailash does so in spades. At the end of the day, people prefer to do business with those who are trustworthy and genuine. Other dealerships quoted me similar deals, but simply put, I gave my business to BMW South County because Kailash is someone who I genuinely feel good about giving my business to.
