My recent visit to BMW was painful but necessary. My hose disconnected on my X5 and they did all they could to get it fixed without making too painful. My only gripe and it's a small one and it's they don't have many loaner cars to accommodate customers but on the flip side they will Uber you back and forth to the dealership if need be.
