I attempted to contact you by phone but was unable to reach you, and your voicemail box appears to be full. After reviewing your concerns, I believe there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the $38,600 amount referenced. That figure reflects the total amount financed over the full term of the agreement, including interest, should the loan be carried through the entire term. Regarding the cosmetic concerns, my understanding is that the vehicle was test driven and reviewed prior to finalizing the purchase. The vehicle wasn't properly reviewed before I signed, because I took it home the same day, and I wasn't even offered a test drive! I also messaged you privately about the cosmetic issues, which were conveniently hidden in the pictures you posted, and was completely ignored. I'm extremely frustrated that these issues are still unresolved.
