Worst dealer experience anywhere, avoid this place like the plague. Went for an oil change, I was quoted 180+ when I asked why so much the advisor became rude & started having an attitude, I’ve done tons o the plague. Went for an oil change, I was quoted 180+ when I asked why so much the advisor became rude & started having an attitude, I’ve done tons of oil changes here for around $130. I also came to have my tire replaced under warranty, I called about this and was told I had to cover labor, which I was quoted was $60, today it magically went to $90. This place is super dishonest. Stay away! More

I made an appointment to get my car serviced and I asked for my last service advisor Carlos who's always been friendly, courteous and attentive. When I arrived they told me my it was Sam when I explained I for my last service advisor Carlos who's always been friendly, courteous and attentive. When I arrived they told me my it was Sam when I explained I asked for Carlos and even set my appointment when he was working. When Sam was assisting me, he was polite but very unfriendly. Almost to the point where I felt like a bother to him. Never asked if I had any questions or concerns I needed BMW to look at. Furthermore, he prepared the paperwork and proceeded to tell me when my car is finished I can go. What's the point of BMW asking which SA you'd like when it doesn't even matter. Just disappointing. More
