I took my car for an oil change, and they left it dripping, I had to take the car back to the dealership and it took them a whole morning to fix it. Later I bought a battery from them, they installe dripping, I had to take the car back to the dealership and it took them a whole morning to fix it. Later I bought a battery from them, they installed it and left the wires loose, so one day my car didn't want to work and it was because of this lack of care. Very careless technicians. More

I would like to start off by thanking Mr. Sergio Perez for his AWESOME customer service! I loved the fact that he kept me informed throughout the whole processes on what was going on with my car. He offer for his AWESOME customer service! I loved the fact that he kept me informed throughout the whole processes on what was going on with my car. He offered a loaner right away which caught me off surprise because usually dealerships tell you to figure it out while they have your car. I was blown away on the fact that they pick up your vehicle wherever your at and leave you the loaner. This by far has been one of the greatest experiences I’ve had. I came in with a simple problem and they didn't fix it. They did however charge me for it. Evidently glue spray nozzle cover back on means replace entire spray nozzle system and bill me $580.50 without att They did however charge me for it.
