Great dealership. Everything is pretty straight forward. We drove 80 miles one way to buy the new X3. We were impressed with the level of friendliness and professionalism they treated us from the first step We drove 80 miles one way to buy the new X3. We bought 328i from them 3 years ago and the level of service still unchanged. The only problem, they are pretty far from us however, with the bad treatment from closest dealers, it's worth a drive. Thank you John for making us sticking with our beloved brand, BMW. We almost bought Audi Q5 but glad we gave BMW X3 a test drive. It's a perfect for small family. Regards -Azri- More

Cliff was very helpful, he went above and beyond to take care of the details. When he realized that I could not come back to the dealership to pick up some things I forgot, he took it upon himself to drive care of the details.
