Great Service Department Took my 528i in for a faulty iDrive controller. I wanted to get it fixed before the warranty expired. While the car was there, the technician notice Took my 528i in for a faulty iDrive controller. I wanted to get it fixed before the warranty expired. While the car was there, the technician noticed that the car was exhibiting issues typically caused by faulty crankcase oil-separator. Hector called me and explained the situation and that the issue would be fixed under warranty. Great. Really appreciated them checking the car for this. I would definitely take my other BMWs there for service as well. More

Not only are they fast and great response rate, they also are proactive and find out what you need before you even ask for it. I was in and out in a loaner in less than 10 minutes and my car only took less t are proactive and find out what you need before you even ask for it. When problem recurred I of course took it to Escondido this time. Michael helped me thru a difficult situation and delivered a first class repair job and co-ordinated with my insurance company to minimize my cost. More
