I am happy that we found the key that you lost when you were here and can only assume your own frustration contributed to this review. I was not frustrated at all with the lost my key. My goal was to come back to Fairfax BMW and search for myself. I was prepared to purchase another key if needed. Once again, it was the service that I received from your employees. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at Fairfax BMW. In additional I will also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in reference to comments that you have describe above.
