Awful experience twice with this dealership. I have bought from other BMW dealerships in the DMV. Typically in a BMW dealership, you get treated with respect and appreciation. Not in this case. They make the trade in process extremely difficult. Once you give them the 10 items they ask for on your trade, they don’t even bother to respond. I worked with John O. My Service Advisor, Dena Van, was outstanding in explaining what was needed and getting me a loaner Car. In the Parts Department, I was greeted by Richardson, who remembered me from more than 15 years ago. I had an opportunity to visit with Neils Riberio in the sales department to briefly discuss options for upgrading my vehicle. He was fantastic and has done a great job helping many of my friends with their vehicle needs. It is great to have a local top-notch BMW dealership in my neighborhood that is putting the members of their team first so that they can deliver the highest quality of service.
