Just because a customer is from out of state does not mean you are treated any differently because you don't know who is behind the phone calls and emails. In the age of the internet every deal should be treated just as the same as a local deal with a customer walking through the door. Luckily Justin Beadel and Karim Salhi went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. Definitely the fastest time I've ever had completing a deal and it was zero pressure. Karim is a wonderful asset to your dealership and his customer service skills make him have great potential. Overall it was a good experience I will be buying my next BMW from this dealership. More

Did a good job under difficult circumstances. I had a "check engine soon" light come on in my 2011 335d, I was told that the DPF filter needed to be cleaned. I left the car and returned the next I had a "check engine soon" light come on in my 2011 335d, I was told that the DPF filter needed to be cleaned. I left the car and returned the next day to pick up the car. I started the car to go home and discovered the CES light was still on, so I drove it back into the building. I was then told that the cooler vacuum valve was faulty, which was repaired under warranty.Konrad Malinowski and Charles Barker were most helpful in explaining how the fault was not picked up the first time around, as well as checking the extension of warranty to verify that the part that failed was covered. I have spent so much on this car because of emissions equipment failures. The car would be a great car-were it not for the emissions equipment failures and problems, all of which should be covered under warranty as I fear in time, there will be another problem related to emissions equipment. At that time, I won't have it repaired, I will have it deleted. More
