Bait and Switch. I made and appointment to view a specific vehicle on April 17th at 3pm for April 18th at 10am. I show up for my appointment then Mike the sales rep conveniently cannot find the car. specific vehicle on April 17th at 3pm for April 18th at 10am. I show up for my appointment then Mike the sales rep conveniently cannot find the car. Also with great coincident the confirmation link for the car no longer works. Then I am told the car was "sold" and would I be interested in a new car or other options. Why would the dealership not call or text a customer if a car was "sold" that quickly so people are not coming to the dealership unnecessary because of covid19. Unprofessional, scammers. I will never purchase a car from here no matter what is "available" on their site. Shady business More
