I will always look for Mike in the future when we purchase again and will refer other buyers to him. Unfortunately, when we were turned over to the business office we had a very long wait for service. We almost walked out. Mike stepped back in to make sure we were in the queue. Let me explain, As one who negotiates deal clients, I’ve never in my years encountered a dealership that handles business like BMW of Fairfax. Let me explain, As one who negotiates deals for customers daily, my goal is to achieve the upmost discounts for customers. This time around I was able to secure a great percentage off, although Fairfax BMW thought they can pull a quick one by up-selling BMW North America’s Lease Programs (similar to a APR rate on a finance loan) With leasing a car, an average customer won’t be able to verify these rates. Spotting such a scheme is outright wrong for a customer to go through. They’ll promise you $10,000 off a car to upsell the loan $4/5,000 on the backend. STAY AWAY FROM BMW OF FAIRFAX!! More
