This time around I was able to secure a great percentage off, although Fairfax BMW thought they can pull a quick one by up-selling BMW North America’s Lease Programs (similar to a APR rate on a finance loan) With leasing a car, an average customer won’t be able to verify these rates. Spotting such a scheme is outright wrong for a customer to go through. They’ll promise you $10,000 off a car to upsell the loan $4/5,000 on the backend. STAY AWAY FROM BMW OF FAIRFAX!! More

Buyer Beware Bought a used 2013 X3 from them at last April 2019. Now 8 months later, I have to put a whole new engine in the car. Was driving and all of the sudden Bought a used 2013 X3 from them at last April 2019. Now 8 months later, I have to put a whole new engine in the car. Was driving and all of the sudden it stopped running and warning light came on for drive train malfunction and engine oil low. This is my 1st BMW so as much as I read the reviews of the model, nothing ever mentioned this. However, since happening, I put those warning messages into a search and was buried in avalanche of others with the same issue and destroyed engines. Turns out is a KNOWN issue, that BMW KNOWS about, especially after 70,000 miles and this dealership failed to disclose that information. They knew that the N20 engine has issues with the timing chain track, an issue that destroys the engine! Having to change an engine after only 8 months is really unacceptable. I feel like I got slimed by a stereotypical "Used Car Salesman". Would not trust them with anything after this. More
