So, we do appreciate the patient and knowledgeable help we received throughout the process from Abed Abutaa. He listened to our expectations and led us through the myriad of options to arrive at a workable solution. He located a vehicle within the Sonic network that was a pretty good match for all of that. Best of all, he was able to sell it at a most reasonable price – indeed, we feel happy about it. Looking back, this was probably a first for us! We are grateful to Jaafar Soulimani too who fairly whisked us through the financial settlement. He used appropriate technology to speed up the process without skimping on the important detail. After two weeks, I went back in to meet Edward and Matt who once again were very welcoming, knowledgeable and took quite a bit of time with me reviewing my car technology and polishing out scratches. In the past, I was not very impressed with this dealership and went to Sterling and Rockville to buy my BMWs but I have definitely had a first class buying experience this time around and appreciate everyone's efforts especially Erick Bautista.. Excellent service, very attentive and good communication I had several items that had to be attended to on this visit to the servicce department and one of them was a costly repair pertaining to the transfer I had several items that had to be attended to on this visit to the servicce department and one of them was a costly repair pertaining to the transfer box housing. B/c this has been an issue that was linked to a drive shaft recall but not explicitly part of the recall, my service advisor Thomas Grant and Manager Konrad did right by me and took the issue to BMW North America. I was very happy with the outcome and they provided excellent service. It is very encouraging to see the service department take an issue up the chain as it is a defect with the car and do right by the customer. I will continue to bring my business to BMW of Fairfax service department. More
