My mechanic, Robert always comes out to talk, tells me about my car and fills me in on what needs to be done. He is very talented, is a gift of a mechanic and always repairs my car, making me feel safe on any road or destination. I appreciate both Tyler and Robert and feel that they provide the highest quality of service to me and others. Thank you BMW for hiring such wonderful professionals. I wouldn't dream of taking my car anywhere else to be repaired. BMW of Fairfax has my vote for being outstanding. More

Oil change tire replacement I had an emergency with one of my tires. The car was towed in, the tire was replaced, and the oil was changed almost immediately. This is not your fathers BMW dealership. The head of the service department was originally one of my service reps and he runs a very very tight ship. I would not let another dealership or mechanic touch my car in the DC area. More
