ZERO STARS TERRIBLE SALES DEPARTMENT ZERO stars ......if i could give them even less and take away stars from other reviews i would. They say one thing and do another. They put me in the hole for my old lease and gave me a new one. Their so called "client adviser", i do not think he advised me in any way!, promised me he would take away my remaining payment on my old lease and the disposition fee and make the world a better place and end world hunger (the usual shtick) and then did a bait and switch on me and took it back in the contract he let me sign in the end. my bad for letting him do this to me. A month later i get a letter asking me to pay my remaining payments on my old car that he promised to take away. Then when i go back and argue he looks me straight in the eye and says i NEVER promised u anything u should have read it in the paperwork...i KNOW what i read. What they have done is lost my business, i wont use their service department since it is no longer worth it to give them any more money than i have to and i certainly wont get a new lease from them or a new car or even a keychain. and since my friends keep asking me about my car, this story is circulating and i have already confirmed that at least 10 of my friends who may have been interested in getting a BMW will no longer go to this dealership. good luck BMW of Fairfax you really screwed up this time. More

Servicing My BMW's since 20003 I'm very particular about who works on my cars and am willing to pay more when I find the right shop. It all starts with finding the right Service Ad I'm very particular about who works on my cars and am willing to pay more when I find the right shop. It all starts with finding the right Service Advisor and I found a great one in Mark Stout. He is upfront, honest. doesn't try and up sell unneeded service items, and a great communicator. I always know exactly what's going on with my car and his final price is always at or below his upfront quote. Are they the cheapest shop in town? No. Do I trust the work they're doing is done right and on the first time? Yes. Highly recommend Mark Stout and BMW of Fairfax. More
Best Car buying experience to date! I was impressed from my first contact with the Dealership. The POC took my request for information and passed it to Alex. The rest was history. The car I was asking about had not arrived but he said he would send me pictures when available. Not only did he do this, but he also took pictures of it as it came off the truck. He then did my requested research for a few other cars. When I set up a test drive, he already had someone inspecting the car and even took me around to show me what else was available. He worked to get me a reasonable deal. I did not have to spend hours in the dealership with the dreaded back and forth. A great car-buying experience. More
Mislead on Lease Buyout I was recently contacted by my sales person to make a decision to buy out my lease. The salesperson told me to arrange an appointment when he was the I was recently contacted by my sales person to make a decision to buy out my lease. The salesperson told me to arrange an appointment when he was there so he could take me through the process. When I arrived the sales person told me I had to have the car run through an inspection before I could buy out the car. The sales then gave me the buyout number that included a $699 fee to transfer the registration. When I challenged him about it he walked out to talk to someone then came back to say it could be waved. He then indicated that i had a service light that would need to be fixed that would cost $750. When i questioned the cost, and asked if I could take it to the service department he said I could but if he did it , the cost would be $750. I then left and called BMW financial and then told me i could do the buyout through them and it did not require any inspection. Clearly the dealership and the salesperson was trying to rip me off. So buyer beware when dealing with Fairfax BMW and Jim Sabo. More

Poor Customer Service - Try another BMW dealership Steer clear of this dealership - they like to play games. I was in on Saturday to look at a car and was quoted a price to include trading in my car a Steer clear of this dealership - they like to play games. I was in on Saturday to look at a car and was quoted a price to include trading in my car along with taxes and title fees. I walked in at 10:30 am Monday morning to let them know I'd like to accept their deal and purchase the car. After sitting and waiting for 3 hours the Finance Manager Farris comes in to let me know they "misquoted" the rate and that if I wanted to purchase the car it would be an additional $1000. I was planning to pay cash for the car and instead of them correcting the mistake they were willing to let me walk at the door. The Sales Manager Kice came out to try and save the deal but ultimately said that I'd also be responsible for more money than the original misquote if I wanted to make the deal happen. Surprising that I can complete all the paperwork with two Sales people (Rudi/Alex,) have a conversation with The Finance Manager and then get a totally different story/explanation from Kice the Sales Manager. I was reminded multiple times that they are the #1 dealership on the east coast but I can assure you that if you want good service with concise information you should buy your BMW from another dealer. More
