Poor Customer Service - Try another BMW dealership Steer clear of this dealership - they like to play games. I was in on Saturday to look at a car and was quoted a price to include trading in my car a Steer clear of this dealership - they like to play games. I was in on Saturday to look at a car and was quoted a price to include trading in my car along with taxes and title fees. I walked in at 10:30 am Monday morning to let them know I'd like to accept their deal and purchase the car. After sitting and waiting for 3 hours the Finance Manager Farris comes in to let me know they "misquoted" the rate and that if I wanted to purchase the car it would be an additional $1000. I was planning to pay cash for the car and instead of them correcting the mistake they were willing to let me walk at the door. The Sales Manager Kice came out to try and save the deal but ultimately said that I'd also be responsible for more money than the original misquote if I wanted to make the deal happen. Surprising that I can complete all the paperwork with two Sales people (Rudi/Alex,) have a conversation with The Finance Manager and then get a totally different story/explanation from Kice the Sales Manager. I was reminded multiple times that they are the #1 dealership on the east coast but I can assure you that if you want good service with concise information you should buy your BMW from another dealer. More

She explains the costs and time frame ahead of time so that there are no surprises. She is punctual with our appointment times and gets me in and out quickly. Most recently the dealership detailed my car and lost both my factory installed and weather tech floor mats. She had new ones delivered to my house within 24 hours, amazing! More

BMW 5 Series Purchase We were looking for a new car to replace a much loved 19+ year old Jaguar and had settled on a 5 Series. We met with Brian Markulin who was both patience and helpful as we determined exactly what we wanted. He was able to secure a car headed for NY for us to purchase. When the car was ready for pick-up Brian was again helpful holding our hands as we consummated the transaction. We appreciated the lack of negotiating, the hand holding, patience, and guidance provided by the dealership and Brian. We were also very grateful for the tutorial Edward offered. As you can imagine, technology has evolved greatly in the past 19+ years so Edward's help, suggestions, and willingness to give us step-by-step assistance was/is a very positive in our whole experience. We've had the car for only one day so we can't offer much beyond the process of purchasing and taking possession of the automobile. Thank you. More

Again, an outstanding experience with excellent customer service. The finance department was also great. They have made a customer for life and one that is proud to be able to recommend them to anyone who might be looking for a BMW, Picked up my new 230i convertible today and couldn't be happier. BMW X2 Battery issue Brought the X2 in today because of a recurring battery issue.
