Kept Their Promise We got a great deal on our lease, and even though finance wasn't sure at first whether they could make it work (my credit not being quite as high as t We got a great deal on our lease, and even though finance wasn't sure at first whether they could make it work (my credit not being quite as high as the BMW tier, but high enough), they came through and kept the promise made over the phone before we ever arrived at the dealership. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I would have is all the, "Please have a seat. It'll just be a moment" that turned into my husband and I waiting for much longer than a moment. But then again, that's a common experience at a car dealership. More
