Great Allan Capaldi is great. He is my service advisor. Charles is one of the managers there and was my service advisor with my first BMW. He is one of the Allan Capaldi is great. The receptionists are available for assistance and the parts advisors are so helpful. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating because one particular cashier needed a more customer service skills. Customers are treated very well at Fairfax BMW I brought my 11-year old BMW in to have several recall repairs performed. BMW gave me a new X3 to drive for the day! He gave me a call mid-morning to say the tech had found an oil leak that required a gasket change. He gave me the price and I approved the repair. When I picked up the car, the check out process was fast and easy. Plus, my car had been completely cleaned and washed. All in all, a terrific experience! More
