From start to finish, the staff was professional, friendly and attentive starting with my service technician, Lazlos Babos. Lazlos was sharp in every regard, from his appearance to his interactions with me. He was friendly and attentive, two simple characteristics rarely seen in the service industry these days. He kept me informed of my car's progress throughout the service experience. Terrible service I have had some great service and some poor service from this dealership. This time was the worst. My advisor was Marc. I figured he was not trustworthy and I walked out. He tried to tell me it well cost over 5 K and I got it fixed for 900. What. rip off. I won't go back again EVER. The cashiers are young and act like they are in playground rather than work. I dealt with some young girl named Ashanti Lester and was shocked BMW chose someone as her as their employee. More
